At Google, he was the Asia Pacific Head of People Development for Google Global Business Organization, responsible for all aspects of learning development in the region. He also worked on innovation projects to help Googlers drive their own development, and the development of others.
Piotr has been an advisor to clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies, government authorities to some of the most promising startups in Asia. Piotr is also the co-founder of Motify (currently Work Style Tech), an HR tech startup, and TimeLeap, an educational startup. Piotr has published 13 books in Japanese, with translations to Korean and Chinese. He has been covered in over 100 Japanese online and offline media articles.
